Harvey High, a hazy-eyed private investigator who's off-key obsession with uncovering the occult hangouts and secret origins of LA's legends is rivalled only by his deep, nearly ruthless dedication to smokin' tons o' hecka dank nugs.

The Bad Luck Mime, a sad, sad clown cursed to live out his days entertaining a city that never dared to need him.  Watch him walk in the wind.  Watch him lean on an invisible ledge.  Watch him mutter angrily to himself as he searches the grass in the park for cigarette buts.

And then, there's the Pick-Up Alien.  No, he's not a wieghtlifter from Alpha Centari. He's a man from a far away land on a mission.  A mission to score with the ladies.  But first, he has to learn what 'mission,' 'score,' 'ladies,' and 'the' means.
